HEAD CHEF RAY MOODY AT CHATSWORTH COUNTRY FAIR
We are excited to share that our Head Chef, Ray Moody, will be appearing at the Chatsworth Country Fair on Sunday, September 6th.
Ray will be joining a lineup of celebrated chefs from across Derbyshire and the Peak District to demonstrate dishes that highlight the very best in locally sourced, seasonal produce. He will be representing Higham Farm Hotel in the Fine Food Village from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm.

Starting 1st December and running throughout the festive season (excluding Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and Boxing Day), join us for a delicious set menu and great company.
Enjoy lunch Monday to Saturday or a midweek dinner Sunday to Thursday for £33.00. If you are looking for a party atmosphere, our Friday and Saturday evenings are £40.00 and include a DJ and music so you can dance the night away.
