HIGHAM FARM X WARRENDALE WAGYU
We’ve teamed up with Warrendale Wagyu, a leading producer of British Wagyu beef.
Wagyu, which means “Japanese Cow,” was once exclusive to Japan and is renowned worldwide for its marbling.
Warrendale has introduced this heritage to the British countryside. Based in Yorkshire and collaborating with over 800 UK farmers, they produce signature F1 Wagyu by combining Japanese genetics with sustainable British farming.
The result is a steak that is exceptionally tender, high-quality, and full of flavour.
