We also took the time that evening to take a meal in your A la Carte Restaurant, this was one of the best meals we have both encountered for sometime, in fact I cannot remember the last time I enjoyed a meal so much, with superb serving staff. I would also like to thank you for the tip to back 'Sizing Europe' I took this on board also informing a colleague of mine, I offer my congratulations to your success, I am sure you have celebrated for a considerable amount of time since the big win, maybe taking as long to recover?, I took your advise and put a few shilling's on the race and won, never before , so I was very pleased, can I again congratulate you, and thank you for the hospitality at the hotel, and an even bigger thanks for your recommendation."
